Cancelling Subscription
Our mobile app subscriptions are managed through the respective app stores, cancelations and refunds need to be handled directly via Apple or Google Play, depending on the device you used.
Below are the detailed steps for both platforms:
For iOS (Apple App Store):
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top and select “Subscriptions.”
Find the subscription for our mobile application and tap on it.
Tap “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
To request a refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) and sign in with your Apple ID. From there, select the subscription and request a refund if eligible. Apple’s support team will guide you through the process based on their refund policy.
For Android (Google Play Store):
Open the Google Play Store on your device.
Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to “Payments & Subscriptions.”
Select “Subscriptions” to view your current subscriptions.
Locate our app subscription and tap on it, then choose “Cancel Subscription.”
For refund requests, open the Google Play Store, navigate to the subscription, and look for the “Refund” or “Report a Problem” option. Alternatively, you can visit the Google Play Help Center or contact Google directly for additional support on refunds.
Please note that deleting your account within our app does not cancel your active subscription. To avoid further charges, it’s essential to cancel through the store where you purchased the subscription.
